Given the bespoke nature of our luxury offerings, all sales are final.

1. No Returns or Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances.
  • Each item is custom made or finished to order with certified diamonds.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled.
  • Personalized and made-to-order pieces are strictly non-cancellable.

3. Transit Damage Claims

  • All shipments undergo thorough quality control.
  • If damage occurs during transit, report within 24 hours of receipt with:
    • A clear unboxing video from start to finish.
    • Photos showing the damage.
  • If verified, we may offer a repair or replacement at our sole discretion. Replacement of product delivered will take atleast 7-21 business days only after once approved by our team that the claim is genuine.

4. Warranty Disclaimer

No standard warranty is provided. Due to the unique nature of each piece, warranty obligations are not applicable.

5. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks will be contested legally. By placing an order, you accept all terms.
