1. No Returns or Refunds
- We do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances.
- Each item is custom made or finished to order with certified diamonds.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled.
- Personalized and made-to-order pieces are strictly non-cancellable.
3. Transit Damage Claims
- All shipments undergo thorough quality control.
- If damage occurs during transit, report within 24 hours of receipt with:
- A clear unboxing video from start to finish.
- Photos showing the damage.
- If verified, we may offer a repair or replacement at our sole discretion. Replacement of product delivered will take atleast 7-21 business days only after once approved by our team that the claim is genuine.
